Send us the specs. We’ll supply the tools, measured, ready to run and reorder.

Send a drawing, a sample or a part number. A specialist partner makes the tool to that print, and we stay responsible for fit, delivery and every reorder.

Lean overhead keeps our pricing competitive at production quantities, a big reason US manufacturers with plants in Mexico order from us.

Does USA Industrial Tool manufacture its own tools?

We are a tooling supplier. Custom tools are made to your print by specialist manufacturing partners we choose for each job. We manage the order, measure the tools and handle every reorder, so you deal with one supplier.

What tolerance do you hold on custom tooling?

We hold +.0003 / −.0000 in. on custom tools. Every tool is measured in a clean room with calibrated instruments before it ships.

Do you take one-time orders?

Yes, but we are set up for repeat work. Most of our customers reorder the same tools on a regular schedule, and we keep each print and specification on file so the next order matches the last.

Which industries do you serve?

Aerospace and aviation, dental and medical device manufacturing, shipbuilding and marine, and manufacturing plants in Northern Mexico.

Where do you ship?

We service and ship to all of California and Northern Mexico from our office in San Diego.

Do you also supply standard tooling?

Yes. We distribute more than 120 vendor lines, including abrasives, carbide inserts, end mills, coolants, and safety and paper products.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. You can call, email or send your quote request in English or Spanish.

How does your pricing compare?

We are competitive at production quantities. We keep overhead lean and place each job with a specialist partner, which is why many US manufacturers with plants in Mexico buy from us.

What are your lead times?

We quote within one business day. A first order of a custom tool typically ships in 2 to 4 weeks, and reorders of a tool on file in 1 to 2 weeks. Standard tooling from our lines usually ships in 1 to 3 business days.

Is there a minimum order?

Custom tools start at 10 pieces per order. There is no minimum on standard tooling and shop supplies.

Can I send my print through the website?

Yes. Attach the drawing to the quote form below: PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or a photo of the print, up to 7 MB.
